Rewinding system equipment M/C
It improves the productivity in processing by aligning the emitting direction at the emission in narrow reel made by cutting the polar roll plate on the slitter and emits the reel automatically.
SLITTER M/C
- This is a facility that cuts the JUMBO ROLL plate rolled in a roll press into the desired narrow RELL.
- Achieve performance of over 120M/Min per minute.
Reel Rewinder M/C
- The defective rolls in winding after polar plate cutting shall not be used in production processes.
- It is a unit to make the improperly winded reel in good condition through rewinding process.
Reel Raminater
- It is a unit gluing adhesive tape to protect the coat peeling to be occurred from the height difference between uncoated and coated parts on the polar plate.
- It improves the insulation power at JR making.
